Yes, this training is intense, but it is like on-the-job training. E.O.G.P.T. That stands for Educating, Outfitting, Generating Leads, Processing Leads, Transactions (structuring and completing). Continuing Education is important in any profession. We have weekly meetings with an agenda with topics you help to select. Outfitting is important. Let me help you to make sure you have the right tools for the job. Generating Leads is the most essential element. We’ll do this together. If you don’t have the skills necessary for Processing the leads properly, you may be losing money on deals by overlooking seemingly hidden profit centers. Once you’ve got a deal, you’ve got to manage many details and address many issues to complete the Transaction. Follow through is everything. Some investors don’t realize that the fear of success can be as paralyzing as the fear of failure. They either subconsciously sabotage their projects or talk themselves out of seizing opportunities because secretly they are afraid that they will find out they are somehow inadequate or will make some horrible mistake and will be unable to recover. Kevin is a real estate investor as well as an inspector. He can save you a ton of money by helping you avoid costly mistakes. This mentoring package includes a consultation with Dennis Arocho. Dennis is a real estate investor, real estate educator and a real estate agent. But as if all of that is not enough, I will pay for you to have a title search by Richard Cinta of New Horizons.
